Steven owns the business alongside Jay, and the email at the bottom of this site is his own, steven@grandroofingcompany.com, not a shared inbox nobody checks. Before a crew shows up, David is usually the one who climbs onto the roof first, looks at what is actually wrong, and walks you through it before anyone talks price.

Re-roofing is the whole shop, not a line on a list.
A re-roof sits at the center of almost every job that comes through, whether it is one house in the metro or a commercial building specified with Class 3 or Class 4 shingles against the roof itself, not a price sheet. Most single-family re-roofs in Oklahoma City run one day, strip to final sweep.
Residential and commercial
Multiple shingle grades on houses, including impact-resistant and hail-graded options. Commercial roofs get the same Class 3 and Class 4 shingles, sized to the building.
Steel, when it earns its cost
Steel gets specified on long low-slope runs and outbuildings, where it holds up longer than shingle. On an ordinary house with a normal pitch, a good impact-rated shingle usually costs less and does the job, and that gets said out loud instead of upsold.
Repairs and maintenance
Not every roof needs a full tear-off. A lifted section, a worn valley, a storm leak. Fixed properly when a repair is the honest answer.
How it actually happens
The old covering comes off first. Every time.
No layering a new roof over a tired one and hoping it holds. The covering comes off, the decking gets a real look while it is open, and anything soft gets replaced before the underlayment goes down in courses. Nothing sits exposed overnight waiting on weather.
